General Manager Position Available
Compensation: Up to $90,000 per year ($75,000 annual salary and $15,000 bonus eligibility)

Schedule:

• Five workdays per week, with 9 scheduled hours each day and a 1-hour break included.
• Four weekdays and Saturdays are required.
• One weekday off and closed on Sundays.

Typical schedule:

• Saturdays and one weekday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Two weekdays: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm
• One weekday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Additional hours may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-volume swim school with a staff of 20-30.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by implementing strategies to enhance their experience and promptly resolve any issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and staff, addressing concerns effectively and promptly.
• Hire, train, and develop staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and administer progressive discipline when needed.
• Create staff schedules and oversee reporting.
• Lead in-service meetings and organize semi-annual team outings.
• Actively participate in weekly leadership and developmental meetings.
• Ensure the facility's cleanliness and optimal functioning.
• Uphold our core values and foster a positive organizational culture.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience:
1) Overseeing daily operations in high-volume settings.
2) Supervising teams of at least 10.
3) Prioritizing exceptional customer experience, and
4) Hiring, training, developing, and holding staff accountable.

• Exceptional time management abilities, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated emotional maturity and unwavering integrity.
• Previous swim instruction experience is advantageous.
