We are looking for a front desk receptionist/sales member that is friendly, able to multitask, work as part of a team in a VERY fast paced environment and loves being around kids! Position is Part-time with required rotational Saturday availability. Weekend nights OFF and a chance to be a part of an amazing team!!

Pay is hourly starting at $11 and up depending on experience, plus daily and monthly bonuses and room to grow with our quickly expanding company. MUST be outgoing and have a passion to work with consumers.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively sell swim lessons to incoming customers and meet monthly goals. This is primarily a sales position as well as a customer service position, so strong communication skills are necessary!
• Answering phones, giving tours, scheduling and rescheduling customers. Experience and comfort using multi-line phone systems, as well as Word, Excel and other software systems

• Delivering excellent customer service. Creating and developing relationships with our families is our primary goal. This position is interactive with our families and kids. Resolve client concerns using a professional approach.
• Light closing cleaning duties. Must be able to keep order in a busy facility
• Willingness and ability to be cross-trained as a swim instructor in order to speak knowledgeably with our clients, help them to understand our cirriculum, and to make effective recommendations. Plus, it's FUN!
• Ability to obtain an maintain a CURRENT Standard First-aid & CPR certification.
• Must pass a background check if over 18.
