Required Documents

1. HHA Certificate (min 40 Hours) or Current CNA License

2. Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Health & Safety Institute)

3. CEU Certificates: HIV/AIDS, Domestic Violence, Assistance with Self Administered Medications, Alzheimer/Dementia

4. Permanent Resident ID or Work Authorization ID (if applicable)

5. Professional Certificate of Insurance with Liability Coverage

6. Social Security Card

8. Current Driver’s License or ID Card

9. Current Car Insurance (if applicable)

10. Physical Exam within 5 months old or less. Must state you FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.

11. COVID Vaccination Card (collected if available, but not required)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 70 per week
