We are looking to bring the right candidate on board to fulfill the position as a Restoration Technician and mold remediation. This position is a good fit for those who are detail oriented, punctual, positive, a team player, and wanting to provide excellent customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishes and records the scope of work to be accomplished.
• Work on Emergency Water Services (to include extraction, developing drying plans, and providing project documentation).
• Work on Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning).
• Communicates with Management & Customers.
• Performs on-call rotation as needed.
• Completes jobs successfully and obtains certificate of completion.
• Able to climb a ladder.
• Able to list at least 75 pounds.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.
• IICRC certifications or the ability to obtain: Water Restoration Technician and ASD
• Valid Driver’s License.'
