AQUA DOC Lake & Pond Management is Hiring an Aquatic Specialist Near Charlotte, NC

Seeking a Aquatic Specialist to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC!

Responsibilities:

  • Apply, mix, and handle pesticides in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Provides customer service and communicates effectively with customers
  • Works responsibly with regional manager to develop and implement strategies based on customer goals and expectations
  • Aid regional managers in sales and consultations
  • Ability to effectively use the company data base and mobile live version for tablet use
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to lead other employees

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license is required; will travel 50-70% of time away from the office during business hours. Must be able to swim.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
