• In this role, we are seeking a Mohs lab manager who is experienced in overall management and daily operations activities. You will directly oversee the Mohs techs, lab processes, and operations along with scheduling multiple teams who would be traveling to the respective lab locations weekly.
• The ideal candidate will have comfort and familiarity working within the Mohs lab as well as the ability to effectively manage a travel team and coordinate staffing to cover all shifts. This will entail managing all aspects related to the lab, equipment, and respective maintenance thereof, supplies, and collaborating with our leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Mohs lab experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Prioritize workflow and efficiently schedule/utilize time.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
