Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering. Make a lot of phone calls to fill schedule. ( Must be confident with speed. )

Following up with patients, confirm appointments, schedule and reschedule Appointments. Must be confidence with speaking on the phone and speed.

Part time Job with a generous salary, benefits and bonus.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and filing
- Act as a personal assistant to management when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required
