Brief Position Description:

The ideal Business Analyst candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for translating business needs into actionable solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop prototypes, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of products and services, ultimately driving growth and innovation for Aptys Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and pain points, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and develop prototypes to demonstrate proposed solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business processes.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new processes and technologies, and provide support to stakeholders during the transition period.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 years work experience in the FinTech industry serving in a customer supportive, analysis, or quantitative role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools, such as Axure RP, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
