Role Description:

· Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft applications.

· Deep understanding of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable solutions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Experience with business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.

· Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis tools for extracting and analyzing data from PeopleSoft databases.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
