Our client are looking to hire a Mid level Associate and Senior Associate to join their growing Corporate practice for their Boston office. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable corporate practice with a presence across the East Coast, with a focus on lower middle-market transactions.

The firm are seeking candidates with 3-7 years of law firm transactional experience, with the capability of taking a lead on a variety of corporate transactions.

This is a partnership track position, while a technical focus is needed for this position, a passion and drive for business development too is advantageous.
