We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team! As the Geriatric Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the geriatric nursing department’s operations. You will train and supervise home care aides to improve competency, complete supervisory visits for clients in their homes, initiate client's services through initial assessments, develop and manage clients' care plans, and implement quality assurance strategies to improve patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of best practices in both nursing and administration.
