A phlebotomist needed in the Lenawee County of Michigan Area to do Life Insurance Medical Exams
- Hours are flexible, you will make your schedule
- This is for an Independent Contractor's position
- The phlebotomist will ensure the proper collection process, labeling, storage, and mailing to the laboratory.
Collect Blood and or urine using established procedures
- Properly prepare collected specimens for testing & analysis, ensuring specimen integrity
- Strictly adheres to HIPAA Regulations
- Travels to the person's place of work or home to collect the specimens
Additional requirements:
- Ability to run a 10-lead EKG machine
- Can take a medical history
- Can take vitals, hgt., wgt., Blood Pressure, & pulse
Requires:
- A Phlebotomy Certificate.
- Valid Driver's license & Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass a federal background check
