APPS Paramedical Services is Hiring a Patient Coordinator (PT) Near Indianapolis, IN
As a company, we schedule and complete paramedical exams for clients who have applied for life or disability insurance. This is an office staff position that can do the following.
Job description:
- Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) answering phones
- Taking and entering orders from insurance agents,
- Following up with insurance agents and examiners via phone or email
- Entering cases status and/or notes into the system, monitoring orders for current activity status, and perform quality control.
- Being able to micromanage a set of medical examiners
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, problem solver, have the ability to be incredibly organized and communicate clearly both verbal and written,
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary.
- Must submit to a background check and urine drug screen.
- Monday to Friday
- 8 am- 5 pm
- 401(k)
- 1 year
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
