You will be asked to :

• Be able to assist clients and visitors in person
• Respond promptly to client inquiries
• Providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, e-mail, and texts, excelling at verbal and written communication.
• Handle office tasks
• Manage customer queries
• Acknowledge and resolve customer needs
• process orders, & modifications
• Schedule appointments
• escalate complaints across several communication channels

• Must have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others
• be professional, and polite
• to be able to remain calm maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times especially when clients are frustrated
• Should always be prepared and responsive
• willing to meet each challenge directly
• have experience working with computers.

Requirements :

• Prior administrative and customer care experience
• Excelle in computer skills, especially typing
• Attention to detail
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
