As an Insurance or Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for helping teachers, public employees, and their families understand and choose proper pension, retirement and insurance benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their financial and insurance needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and clients
- Provide guidance on pension, retirement, insurance, debt solutions
- Always putting the clients needs first (the $$$ will always follow!)
Requirements:
- Active insurance license or willing to obtain (we will help)
- Prior experience working with teachers and public employees, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong integrity and values as a person
