Key Responsibilities This is a dynamic role within GFG Finance to partner with GFG Account teams on pricing, profitability and cash flow. The candidate is be the primary finance focal for all GFG Account teams supporting executive read-out on pricing at key business reviews and LOC / PBMC. The candidate helps each account deep-dive their pricing performance and work with Accounts on specific action to close gap. A successful candidate should also support the adoption of CRP and new pricing metrics into existing business processes including in large order deals, SEM and SIP. 1. Owns all financial reporting and analysis for large order deals 2. Prepares initial CRP analysis and partners with Sales Ops to align CRP with BMs prior to PBMC 3. Schedules and drives pre-LOC with BM heads to finalize pricing and CRP alignment 4. Presents deal CRP for LOC approval and highlight keys gaps and plans 5. Drive CRP data cleanliness with Accounts to closure 6. Evaluate deal performance post-negotiation relative to approved 7. Documents any unresolved deal CRP differences for management review 8. Supports data preparation of Account pricing scorecard at QAR / SEM reviews 9. Monitors and track progress of pricing metrics in Account SIP 10. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
