* Key Responsibilities

* Responsible to meet HAReL (High-Aspect-Ratio eBeam Line) metrology lab output and quality objectives

* Manage the HAReL Lab operation team for job execution, shifts schedule, tool planning, resource allocation and budget

* Supervises allocated resources to achieve fast turnaround time (TAT) and within budget performance objectives

* Defines lab performance metrics and reports on the progress against specific goals

* Develop and implement long-range CIP(Continuous Improvement Plan) plan for capacity ramp and execution efficiency

* Anticipates future needs and initiates the development and implementation of new approaches

* Works with application manager and marketing team to ensure the HAReL is running according to the right priorities

* Interfaces and benchmarking with peer labs on the topics involving POC (Process Optimization and Control)

* Responsible for competitive analysis of lab operations (red team) with marketing

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

* 7 - 10 Years

* Have direct lab experience and project management experience in the semiconductor industry
