Applied Materials is seeking a Global EHS Communication and Learning and Development specialist. The individual will be responsible for overseeing EHS communication messaging, including coordination with subject-matter-experts in creating EHS messaging for Applied Materials.
Desired candidate will have experience in using tools to create communications packages and in overseeing the planning and development of interactive and creative videos for EHS communication and training content.
Overall, the individual will play a crucial role in EHS learning and development projects, creating high-quality visual content, implementing effective communication strategies, managing training documentation and video files, and providing performance improvement services to support a culture of safety, and continuous improvement within the organization.
In addition, this role will assist in implementing a new integrated EHS data system (Benchmark Gensuite) to all global regions.
The implementation of the new EHS data system will include developing training material, creating testing protocols, project-managing testing, and feedback from stakeholders, interacting with internal and external teams to ensure smooth implementation of Benchmark Gensuite.
This position reports to the EHS Centers of Excellence Director.

$128,000.00 - $176,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
