Print & Image Assistant Job Summary:

• The Print & Image Assistant will be involved providing assistance in the print and image department; projects may include scanning, copying, and binding architectural and engineering construction documents; and processing print and image projects. Projects may include scanning, copying, laminating, and binding architectural and engineering construction documents; processing complete reprographic projects, printing signs, posters, and other printing requests; greeting customers; help with internal web-base as needed; and other general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 years of experience in an office setting is preferred.
• Background in Design and Photoshop is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work with customers and some sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and math skills
• Ability to operate common power and hand tools, and printing machinery.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of computer programs (word, excel, adobe) and email system.
• Knowledge or ability to learn scan-to-file and retrieving and sending digital files.
