We are offering a sign-on bonus worth up to $5,000 depending on your level of experience and ability to repair sealed systems.
This position is right for you if you enjoy customer service, working as part of a team, the satisfaction of a job well done, and earning more money the better you get. If you love learning (or maybe even re-learning), we want you on our team and we will teach you to be great at this job.

- Diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes
- Provide cost estimates (we make this easy!) and collect payment from customers
- Keep company vehicle and equipment clean
- Complete notes and make phone calls for authorization as required
- Participate in training and grow as a technician
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Dispatch from home 2 days per week
- Commute in a company vehicle
- Ability to earn more as you become more efficient, meet targets, and improve in every area of your role. We WANT you to earn more!
