POSITION SUMMARY:

Applewild School is seeking a Lacrosse Coach (Girls or Boys) to join their faculty. Reporting to the Assistant Head of School, Dean of Students and the Director of Athletics, this position is responsible for coaching middle school Lacrosse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Ensure that the physical education/coaching, is in alignment with Applewild’s Core Values and Core Competencies and follow best practices.

• Daily hours are 2:00-4:00 on non-game days, and 2:00-6:00 on game days (2-3 days/week) during the sports season.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree
• A minimum of one to three years of relevant experience.
• Cognitive flexibility and the ability to creatively problem-solve.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have patience and be flexible
• Must be able and willing to drive a 14-passenger van, and have a clean driving record
• A strong work ethic and unwavering integrity.
• Be able to pass a criminal records background check.
