Join a leading manufacturer in the metal roofing and building systems industry! Our Frederick, CO branch is seeking a customer-focused office professional to join our dynamic Customer Service team.
Summary:
As a key liaison to our customers, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This multifaceted position offers the opportunity to contribute to increased sales while being part of a small, collaborative team.
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:

• Quality approving orders entered by CSS Data Entry staff to ensure accuracy.
• Adhering to order cut-off times and schedules daily.
• Liaising with Territory Sales Managers to fulfill customer requests.
• Providing material list quotes for potential sales orders.
• Following up with customers for order details.
• Supporting the team during high order volume or absences.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer-centric office experience.
• Strong administrative skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Professional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other applications.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing, preferably with metal roofing and/or siding.
• High school diploma or GED.
