The Project Manager role entails a range of clerical responsibilities within established policies and procedures. Effective communication, both written and verbal, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational prowess, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this position. Collaborating closely with a designated Project Director, the Project Manager facilitates construction, renovation, and installation projects to meet customer requirements while upholding our core values. This involves coordination with various departments, including Installation and CAD Engineering.
Key duties encompass assisting Project Directors in project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, generating accurate quotes based on provided information, collaborating with CAD Engineering for design purposes, and overseeing project execution following the quotation process as directed by Project Directors. Additionally, the role involves sourcing product options, ensuring contract compliance, and liaising with vendors to facilitate seamless ordering, pricing, and delivery processes. Maintaining comprehensive project records on the "Master Project Sheet" and adhering to all operational protocols are integral aspects of the role.
In terms of technical skills, proficiency in SAP Business One, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
