A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes andsystems.

• Follow food safetystandards.

• Prepare food andbeverages.

• Assemble and package orders and serve toguests.

• Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions.

• Maintain a clean and organizedworkstation.

• Clean equipment and guestareas

• Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc. atworkstation

• TakeordersattheDriveThruorFrontCounterPOSandhandlepayments(ifapplicable)

• Follow speed of servicestandards.

• Serve and communicate withguests.

• Maintain a guest focused culture in therestaurant.

• Communicate effectively with managers andcoworkers.

• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigeratedareas.
