Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry and possess excellent bartending skills.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills:
- Experience in bartending, preferably in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and craft cocktails is a plus
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and perform basic math calculations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively
