We are seeking a Retail Genius Bar Operations Project Manager to be a collaborative partner and to work within Global Retail Support to define, design, deliver, and inspire adoption of Retail programs to support the Genius Bar.
Key Qualifications
5 years of operations or project management experience or equivalent
3 years of retail or technical team leadership experience or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
A self-starter who possesses outstanding time management skills
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into measurable projects
Innovates by moving beyond traditional ways of doing things, pushes past the status quo.
Proficiency in Numbers, Pages and Keynote applications preferred
Expert user of Mac OS X, iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and Apple hardware
Domestic and international travel as needed (up to 25%)
Description
You are a positive relationship builder, a natural leader and facilitator; driven, organized and detail oriented; excel in program and project management; communicate with ease at all levels; thrive in an ambiguous environment; are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflict; can lead through relationship-building and influence. Lead various Retail programs from concept through implementation which may include supporting experience strategies, customer loyalty initiatives, new product introductions, store Repair Room initiatives, service strategy programs, and much more.*Drive and influence operational strategy across global retail locations*Analyze current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies*Develop and maintain key partnerships with the field including Market Directors, Market Leaders, Store Leaders, Store Operations Field Leaders and store teams. Turn feedback into actions that influence current service strategies and get results*Work collaboratively with Retail Leadership and relevant partners to drive consistent store adoption of strategies*Provide comprehensive updates to Retail Leadership on trends, actions and outcomes*Work with reporting team to ensure data is available, accurate and fit for purpose to identify trends in key focus areas that yield actions to improve the business*Conduct store visits to capture insights, build relationships, and drive actions*Partner with communication and training teams to create documentation, training and other engagement materials to support strategies and store performance*Lead pilot programs in select stores to gather feedback and ensure issues are resolved ahead of progress with program*Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn
