Key Qualifications
- Experience in AMS test development that includes: review specification document; draft validation plan; build test bench; and perform data collection with automation
- Strong fundamental understanding of Data Converters, Filters, and FFT Transformation
- Experience in Cellular, WIFI, or BT system validation is a strong plus
- Proficient in lab instruments such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Pattern Generator, etc.
- Experienced in scripting language, Python preferred, to automate test and analyze data
- Detail-oriented & Emphasis on quality of results
- Initiative in taking ownership & responsibility to drive deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on lab experience including soldering/instrumenting systems is a plus
Description
We are a small team responsible for:Bench test, debug, and characterization of embedded on-chip circuitry involving Data Converters, and FiltersDevelopment of benchtop electrical tests exercising on-chip circuitry through a combination of FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog interfacesDrafting & Execution of scripts to automate tests, extract results, and generate reports using database and analytical toolsGenerating reports for characterization and/or debugging to provide design feedbackIn-system PI/SI measurements for correlation with simulation modelsCollaborating with other teams including Design, System HW, and SWSupporting ATE and Product Engineering
Education & Experience

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
