- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keynote dynamo is imperative, this role actively meets with Senior leadership across People org and needs to be able to quickly create decks, present and love solutioning
- Ability to provide concise project updates, while ensuring alignment between Business Stakeholders and Engineering teams
- Proven track record of successful delivery of parallel running, fast-paced projects on schedule
- Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a global matrix organization
- Understanding of Agile and iterative project approaches. Experience managing Agile projects
- Experience working with Engineering teams to understand solution architecture and implementation
- Ability to flex project management approach based on project type and timelines
- Excellent organizational and documentation skill set, e.g. user scenarios and flows
- Analytical capabilities needed to synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and/or assess business process improvement opportunities
