Job Title: RN Registered Nurse Supervisor

Shift Availability:

• Full-Time (32 Hours) on 3-11 shift
• Per Diem Positions Available

Compensation:

• $52-$54/hour depending on the shift
• Additional $5/hour for any additional shifts worked outside scheduled hours

Job Responsibilities: As the RN Nurse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the nursing services required by our residents. Your duties will include:

• Supervising day-to-day nursing activities in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements to ensure the highest quality care.
• Collaborating with the Nursing Director to plan nursing operations and emergency support requirements for your duty shift.
• Coordinating nursing activities in alignment with medical needs, physician instructions, and the general nursing care plan.
• Directing and coordinating charge nurses to ensure proper resident care and adjusting care plans in emergency medical situations.
• Assuming total responsibility for operational decisions in the absence of superiors and managing emergency situations as they arise.
• Ensuring appropriate relief staff are available before leaving the facility and notifying residents' personal physicians of significant changes in resident conditions.

Qualifications:

• Current state RN license and in good standing as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with a cooperative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Preferred experience in long-term care and familiarity with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, procedures, laws, and regulations.
