Registered Dietitian
The Registered Dietitian provides comprehensive nutritional care for residents in facility. Ensures compliance with Food Service regulations and standards of practice offering counsel and/or directive to Dietary Managers, Nursing, or Administrators as deemed necessary. The Registered Dietitian participates in weekly “At Risk” meetings, monitors resident weights and nutrition intake as well as makes recommendations regarding resident diets and supplementary needs.
