Apple Autos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional automotive repair services. As the Automotive Body Shop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the body shop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the team, implementing processes, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship. What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the body shop team, including technicians, estimators, and administrative staff.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in automotive body repair, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computerized estimating systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
