Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavior analysis services to improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide direct supervision and training to registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals for autism spectrum disorder
- Conduct patient assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals
Experience:
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience in data collection and analysis using ABA techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to autism and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
