Apple dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Irving, TX

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

```Skills```
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or other medical software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and patient service standards
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
