Our manufacturing client in Waterloo, IA is looking to hire a Quality Technician to their Tuesday through Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of inspection processes and utilize testing equipment to validate all work produced meets quality standards and customer specifications; document inspection findings and maintain up-to-date quality incident logs for timely communication and problem-resolution of internal and external non-conformities.
- Work with product returns and warranty claims to identify defects, troubleshoot, and assist with the root cause analysis process including onsite customer repairs and part installation as requested.
- Other projects and duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a mechanical/electrical component assembly environment preferred.
