Position Overview:

As a Regional Territory Owner/Licensee with Devournow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our platform in your designated territory. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, and customer relations within your territory, with the goal of maximizing market penetration and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Management: Strategically manage and grow your designated territory, including market analysis, territory mapping, and resource allocation.
• Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by acquiring new restaurant partners, expanding the customer base, and increasing order volume within your territory.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with restaurant partners and customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting loyalty to the Devournow platform.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales reps to execute sales strategies, achieve performance targets, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations, as well as adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business leadership, with a preference for experience in the food service or technology industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented self-starter with a passion for entrepreneurship and driving business growth.
• Financially responsible and capable of managing personal finances effectively.
• Willingness to commit full-time to the role and prioritize the success of the Devournow platform.
• Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm.
• You're technologically savvy and a fast learner
• Experience with selling software is a plus

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
