If you're ready to embrace challenges and make a significant impact, we want you on our team!What you'll do and how you'll make an impactProcess commission statements for assigned providers, including portal download normalize the information, variance analysis, and system processing;Track and ensure all commission statements are received and processed in time for Advisor commission payouts, for assigned providers;Manage the relationship with assigned providers and act as their primary point of contact for commissions;Escalate issues with management and with providers;Perform other duties as assigned by management.What were looking forBachelor's Degree in a related field;Minimum 2 years of financial analysis/sales compensation/commission experience,Experience in telecommunications sales support, billing, commissions processing or accounting a plus;Financial or compensation analysis experience is a plus;Auditing experience is a plus;Excellent organizational skills;Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail in a high volume environment with minimal supervision;Experience using relational data to generate reporting;Past experience in customer-facing/customer service roles helpful towards future success;Self-Starter that is motivated to troubleshoot problems, invent process improvement and exceed goals;Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential.
