Appalachian Mountain Community Health Centers ("AMCHC"), a Federally Qualified Health Center network based in beautiful Asheville, NC, with clinics in Asheville, Murphy, Sylva, and Robbinsville, NC, is seeking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Behavioral Health Therapist to join our exceptional clinical team in delivering quality-focused primary care and behavioral health services at our SYLVA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER in Sylva, NC.
AMCHC provides comprehensive, accessible, patient-centered primary care to all, including low-income, medically underserved and uninsured populations, at six locations throughout Western North Carolina. Requirements:Qualifications include:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• 3 years providing counseling services in a Clinical Setting
• Strong commitment to practicing in a community health setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as critical thinking skills, the ability to handle stressful situations and the capacity to function independently.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, staff, community resources, patients and the public.
• Ability to organize work, delegate and achieve goals and objectives
• High degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve AMCHC's mission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
