Appalachian Hospice, a locally owned hospice provider with offices is Blairsville, Jasper and Calhoun is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Community Liaison in its newly opened Cleveland office. This position will cover Lumpkin, Habersham and White counties. The following are the job qualifications and responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all aspects of hospice marketing in assigned territory to include establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. Additionally, responsibilities include:

Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 per year in addition to monthly, semiannual, and annual bonuses
