Summary

• Assisting in setup, maintenance, cultivation, harvest, process, and packaging of cannabis plants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

A successful candidate must be able to perform all duties satisfactorily

• Maintain high horticultural standards and practices, and follow all Company SOP’s
• Complete preparatory work, maintenance and movement of plants
• Assist in setup, nutrient mixing, and maintenance of plants and rooms
• Conduct intensive cleaning of equipment and general work areas
• Assist in receiving, inventory management, and stocking materials
• Accurate record keeping and data entry for all package, plant and company data
• Complete proper documentation and tracking of all activities necessary to be in accordance with all Company, State, and local requirements
• Follow all MED/CDA/CDPHE rules and regulations; accurate data entry into METRC system as needed
• Ability to follow directions, perform duties with a positive attitude, take feedback and learn new tasks
• Must be able to pass criminal background check via MED badge application.

Education

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• MED badge required (BUT WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE NOW) Not required to get hired.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must possess or be able to obtain a respirator fit test certification
• Must meet all MED state and local requirments for employment

Knowledge

• Excellent mathematic, language, and reasoning skills, computer skills preferred
• Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis cultivation strongly preferred; but not required
• Familiarity with manufacturing procedures preferred
• Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight
• Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities
• Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks
• Displays an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs, repeatedly
• Ability to work standing or sitting in small areas for extended periods of time
• Ability to work both inside and outside in hot, humid, and often sunny conditions for extended periods of time
