ApolloX Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team in Fairfield, CT.
We understand the value of your expertise, which is why we offer an hourly rate of $20-$30, based on your experience. Additionally, we are thrilled to offer a generous sign-on bonus! Earn $1000 for every year you've been licensed for up to 5 years, accumulating up to $5000. This fantastic bonus will be paid out quarterly over the first year, ensuring your dedication is rewarded consistently.
Through the summer, you will work 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday, with 9 - 10 hour shifts. You'll work every other Saturday. Additionally, you'll alternate between the early shift (8 AM - 5 PM) and the late shift (11 AM - 8 PM). Through the winter, your shifts will only be 8 hours, from 8 AM - 4 PM. As a team member you'll be able to enjoy benefits such as Christmas bonuses based on time served with the company, 50% medical up to $300 after 60 days, 10 days of PTO after the first year, and 8 paid holidays.
