Join our tProject Controls Professional
Apollo Mechanical is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Professional to join our growing team in one of our exciting locations: Smyna TN, Columbus OH, or Oak Ridge TN. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by providing comprehensive cost, schedule, and risk management support.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 along with supporting reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
· Track project costs, analyze variances, and identify potential cost overruns.
· Create and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
· Generate reports using data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to communicate project performance to stakeholders.
· Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
· Support the project team with contract administration and change order management.
· Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry.
· Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI a plus).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Travel may be required.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
