Job Description:

As a Canvasser, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, representing our organization in the community. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads through canvassing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote our products/services.
• Engage with homeowners or residents in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
• Provide accurate information about our company, products, and promotions to potential customers.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Collect contact information and relevant data from interested individuals for follow-up purposes.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Represent our company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Compensation:

• $400 Per Demonstration: Regardless of whether a sale is made, you'll earn $400 for each successful demonstration.
• $0.05 Per Watt on Install: For each installation, you'll earn $0.05 per watt, totaling approximately $625 per installation.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
