We are looking for a Service Writer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and providing estimates for services. The Service Writer will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Have technical knowledge and experience.
• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Write Quotes/Invoices.
• Listen to customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of customer service requests and repair orders.
• Provide customers with estimates for repairs.
• Explain repair options to customers and answer any questions they may have.
• Keep up-to-date on product information, pricing, and warranties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
