Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Enterprise Architect supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) at Ft. Meade, MD.

What you will be doing:

• Providing NC3 Enterprise Architecture expertise to support data-driven enterprise decisions.
• Supporting senior leaders and provide architectural recommendations to meet strategic objectives for future IT system integration.
• Collaborating with NC3 architecture teams to provide input to capture user requirements and use cases for improvement of the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment (NDMEE).
• Producing and publishing baseline and incremental NC3 system of systems architectures to support and update information hosted in enterprise digital engineering tools.
• Developing detailed architecture artifacts for subsets of the NC3 Enterprise, as needed - All View (AV), Operational View (OV), and System View (SV) artifacts.
• Ingesting, re-formatting, and publishing the NC3 “As-Is” architecture using validated and verified authoritative data to support and update information hosted in the NC3 Enterprise Library (NEL) or other digital engineering tools.

What you will need:

• Security Clearance Required – Top Secret with SCI Eligibility 
• One of the following education/experience combinations: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field with 2 years’ relevant experience (3 years preferred) working with NC3 related capabilities, procedures, and platforms, including developing architecture artifacts per industry standards, OR
  • 8 years' relevant experience, including 3 years' working with NC3 related capabilities, procedures, and platforms, including developing architecture artifacts per industry standards in lieu of degree
• Experience in DM2 (DoDAF Meta-Model)
• Working-level proficiency with tools such as Cameo and/or Tableau (desired)
• Experience with any DoD (NC3) related platforms/systems (desired)
• Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis

• This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

• The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $116,000 across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
