Local automotive group searching for experienced Controller to:

• Oversee, manage and direct all dealership accounting and compliance operations based on accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, training and performance management.
• Seek ways to improve business operation efficiencies with customer service as the primary goal.
• Employee focused, support the efforts of employees to be successful.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and supervisory skillset.
• Bachelors degree preferred with an emphasis in accounting.
• 7 years automotive experience preferred.
• All accounting staff report directly to the controller.
• Dealership experience REQUIRED.
