Location: Scottsdale, Arizona 85255 [Candidate must be able to work onsite.]
Schedule: Standard 40 hours. 8am-5pm.
Job DescriptionBasic Qualifications:Education, Licenses, Cert Requirements: Drivers license
Required Experience, any deal breakers: Merchandising and sales experience
Required Skills (include soft skills): Lift over 40lbs, read planograms, flexible schedule
Industry Experience (software / websites): Must have laptop for payroll
Preferred QualificationsHigh school
Merchandising, display set up, retail
Assignment Level DescriptorHas in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
Works independently, receives minimal guidance
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Leads projects or project steps within a broader project
Influences others outside of own Assignment area regarding policies, practices and procedures
Can be a Line Manager for Business Operations and Technical roles (up to 3)
This is typically a Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level. It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.
Assignment Family GroupSalesResponsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor and new business) and sales control and field evaluations. In some countries field sales force may be split from key account management (national and international).
Assignment FamilyPhysical RetailResponsible for achieving profit and sales goals for an assigned location in a direct to consumer retail environment. Strategically drives results to ensure that the store achieves its quantifiable performance. Includes Guest Service, Visual Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Talent Management.
