Job title : Physical Therapist

Location : Milford, DE

Contract : 13 weeks

Shift : 08am to 04 : 30pm

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide support and assistance to residents at both 20 miles apart.
• Facilitate daily activities and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

Resident Care :

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
• Conduct regular health checks and report any changes in residents' conditions.

Activity Coordination :

• Plan and organize recreational and social activities for residents.
• Encourage resident participation to promote engagement and well-being.

Communication :

• Document and report any incidents or changes in resident status.

Team Collaboration :

• Work collaboratively with staff at both locations to ensure consistent care.
• Attend regular meetings and training sessions as required.

Compliance :

• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure high standards of care.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and timely.

Flexibility :

• Adapt to the varying needs and schedules at both Milford Place and Dover Place.
• Be available for shifts at both locations as required.

Professional Development :

Stay updated with best practices and continuing education in resident care.
