Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Webster, NY
Pay: $31 - $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to patients according to physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation of observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Qualifications:
- Current New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- BLS(AHA) certification required
- 2 years of LPN experience
