Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow development with a strong emphasis on DevOps practices. As a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth integration, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications while adhering to the best DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to implement and automate CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow instances.
• Implement configuration management and version control strategies for ServiceNow applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications in collaboration with system administrators.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on ServiceNow DevOps best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow technologies and DevOps trends to enhance existing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically in the ServiceNow DevOps module.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Portal, Workflow Engine, and Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automated testing.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Solid scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
