APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Home Health Aide for our client in Tukwila , WA for a 12/13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.
Position Title: Home Health Aide
Pay Rate: $31 - $34/Hourly plus mileage
Work Location: Tukwila, WA
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Hours/day: 8 Hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Licenses Requirement: HHA
Certification Requirement: BLS
Job Description:
- Provide basic healthcare services to patients in their homes under the supervision of medical professionals.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Help patients with mobility, transferring, and exercises as prescribed by therapists.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients to prevent infections and accidents.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.
- Provide feedback to the healthcare team about patients' progress and any issues that arise during care.
